Our programming is designed to be scaled and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We offer two separate programs at each class hour, Fitness and Performance. Fitness caters to those who prefer to stick to lighter weight and more simple movements while Performance is geared more towards those looking to increase their strength and build on skill movements.
