Build across sets starting at 60-65%


Four Sets:

Romanian Deadlift (8 Reps @3010)

Russian Step-Ups (10 Each Leg)

Double Arm Dumbbell Overhead Hold (30-45 Seconds)

No sway in the back, keep the rib cage pulled down and core tight


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes, complete:

5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

10 Toes to Bar
Score the total number of reps completed. If you complete all reps, your score will be 150.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Burpee Box Step-Overs

10 V-Ups
