200 Meter Row

20 Wallballs

5 Pull-ups or 10 Ring Rows

Rest 3 Minutes and at the 15 minute mark complete the following:

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12 Minute Clock:

One Mile Run

Max Burpees in the remaining time

GHD Situps (75 Reps)

Break up reps as needed
