Hi, I’m Phillip. I started coaching professionally in 2020, but my fitness journey goes back quite a bit further.
I found my passion for fitness when I started playing Lacrosse in middle school and haven’t stopped moving since. I played Lacrosse through high school, Hockey in College, and I still play beer league to this day at the Acrisure.
During my career I’ve been a personal trainer, a group fitness coach, an online coach, a youth athlete coach and the off-ice coach for my college hockey team. For now, I love coaching CrossFit and Olympic lifting!
I’m currently trying to improve my Olympic lifting while trying to keep my body in one piece, and I hope to compete in the future!
