Q: How did you get involved in the fitness industry:
After having our first daughter, Isabella, I truly wanted to do something fulfilling and keep her by my side so I began with a Baby Bootcamp franchise and have blossomed from there. I became a fitness trainer and it became a part of me. I currently thrive in my own pre and post natal fitness business called A-SET. I really fell in love with Shifted since starting CrossFit and feel so blessed to inspire and push the Shifted community to be their best selves in strength and fitness.
Q: What is your favorite and least favorite movement
Favorite movement: Toes to Bar and Burpees
Least favorite: I Huuuuuhhaaaaate the assault bike and wall balls
Q: What is a fun fact about you?
I am surprisingly amazingly good at hair. Weird, I know, because mine sucks most of the time, but I can make your look great!
Q: What is your favorite food?
Tuna Sashimi and Bean & Cheese Burritos (with white onions on the side with spicy salsa, sour cream, and sometimes red sauce but needs to be solid or leave the masterpiece alone!)
Q: What is your favorite hobby outside of CrossFit?
Being an Amazing mom first and foremost, but I will also pick up skiing or something later in life. For now, its teaching my children to be respectful, beautiful, confident little women.
Q: f you could meet and hang out with one person for a day who would it be?
Gwen Stefani! I have been a fan forever and Bake would be an acceptable third wheel. Her and i would be friends for sure!

Q: What goals do you have for yourself?
For now, its to blast all of my classes with amazing daily inspiration and to continually transfer all of that positive energy to my daughters and to my husband, if he is awake.
