Q: How did you get involved in the fitness industry?
By chance, I started out as Shifted’s front desk attendant and by being in this gym environment I ended up finding a passion for wanting to help people be healthy and happy. I found my path centered around nutrition, so I took the steps I needed to get my certification and start coaching while still managing our gym.
Q: What are your favorite and least favorite movements?
Favorite: I LOVE Dumbbell snatches
Least Favorite: I can’t stand wall balls
Q: What is a Fun Fact about you?
I am a 15 year YMCA Camp Oaks camper. Seven years as a kiddo and 8 years as a camp counselor
Q: What is your Favorite Food:
I love soup. All types of soup. Any soup is a good soup, I love the all. Pho, ramen, chicken noodle, bisque, minestrone, miso, udon, clam chowder. I could go on for days.
What is your favorite hobby outside of CrossFit:
I like gardening. I want to have my own herb/vegetable garden to have produce at home.
Q: If you could meet anyone and hang out with them for a day, who would it be?
Stevie Nicks. That’s my girl!

Q: What goals do you. have for yourself?
My long term goal is definitely to continue to pursue nutrition. I’d like to work with all types of people – teens, athletes, families, the elderly, pregnant women. I want to build my practice around all types of clients in order to help as many people as possible to improve their health through nutrition.
