Q: How did you get involved in the fitness industry:

I began exercising at 19 years old because I wanted to change my appearance.  37 years later I have not looked back and now exercise out of love for fitness rather than a dislike of my body.  I instruct Bikram Yoga as well as CrossFit and am so passionate about helping others improve their lives through fitness.

Q: What is your favorite and least favorite movement

Favorite movement: Pull-ups

Least favorite: Kettlebell Swings

Q: What is a fun fact about you

I am actually way more fun than I may seem

Q: What is your favorite hobby outside of CrossFit?

I love studying music

Q: What goals do you. have for yourself?

To continue to inspire people to workout so that they feel good and are kind to one another – hopefully this world will become a more peaceful place.
