Hi I’m Rhonda,

I started CrossFit about 13 years ago, with a variety of different movements. It forces me to step out of my comfort zone creating great physical fitness.

I CrossFit 6 days a week & with a combination of Hot Yoga I’ve managed to be the fittest I have been in 59 years.

I love coaching CrossFit & if I can motivate & convince people that it’s never too late, then that’s a beautiful thing! Namaste
