21 Day Lifestyle Transformation Challenge
Starting November 1st
The Big Shift is a 21-day transformation challenge. It takes 21 days to develop new habits, and by participating in this challenge, you will do just that. Over the next 21 days, you will gain mental grit and fortitude along with establishing a new way of living. Join the Big Shift and take the leap towards a healthier and happier life.
Commit to a meal plan - any meal plan, workout every day, hydrate, crush a goal, it's simple...
You can follow any meal plan of your choosing:
Paleo, Macros, Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Veganism, etc.
You must complete the designated Shifted workout every day for the 21 days. If you cannot come into the gym, you will complete the at-home version of each workout in the comfort of your own home.
You must drink three liters of water every day
Absolutely no alcohol consumption for 21 days
CHOOSE A GOAL
This goal can be anything! For example: Complete a book, improve mile time, spend more time with family, Gain more flexibility, etc. You will then complete one task every day that will get you to that designated goal.
If you want to complete a book you will read a certain amount of pages each day
If you want to improve your mile time, you will add in some running work every day
If you want to spend more time with your family, you will put your phone away at designated hours in the evening
If you want to gain flexibility, you will do a short stretch routine each night
INPUT YOUR RESULTS
You must enter your workout results in your Wodify App everyday
You must take a progress photo once per week on Sundays
